M2M Glossary Definition for M2M Infrastructure

Integrated hardware and software assets, typically possessed and managed by a centralized authority, that support M2M communications. Different components include the central network and operational center computer systems, network routers, interconnection devices and wiring centers, the underlying cellular system, and the remote device and application.
