PassTrax uses the Aeris network to locate vehicles with AerFrame™, Aeris's premium M2M service delivery platform. The AerFrame network management platform delivers robust, on-demand connectivity for multi-layered network services and enables the communication required for quick recovery of vehicles in default.
PassTime sells PassTrax to specialized finance dealers, enabling assets to be immobilized and located when a car payment has not been made. Using the always-on AerFrame network, PassTrax allows the dealer to safely disable the vehicle in an effort to encourage a payment. If the customer still does not make a payment, PassTrax locates the vehicle for repossession.
