In this position Jones will help guide the company and assess strategic alternatives for Aeris through its high growth period.

Jones brings Aeris 23 years of experience in law, finance and executive management, and is known for his active participation in technology issues. He is the past President and CEO of Visionael Corporation and currently serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors. He has been involved in matters regarding Cyber Security and was chairman of the National Cyber Security Awareness Subcommittee in 2004. He holds a B.A. in political science from Stanford University and a J.D. degree from Stanford University Law School.
