This agreement enables Vigil's products to wirelessly receive real-time updates that evaluate, supervise and control the activities of transportation fleets and personal vehicles. The products will provide services such as automated theft notification and locking/unlocking of doors. In addition, Vigil's products have the ability to remotely start vehicles, which is very useful in extreme cold weather climates.
