Device Applications
Aeris engineers work closely with new application developers to reduce application development time and ensure quality end-user products and services. We provide assistance with radio module selection, service determination and device algorithms.
Host/Back Office Applications
Aeris engineers and support staff provide application developers with detailed application program interface (API) requirements necessary to ensure that new applications work seamlessly with the Aeris network. Developers are provided with sample software: client, simulation server and libraries to assist with interface creation.
Product Qualification Services
Aeris's Product Qualification Services ensure that the hardware devices for new applications follow mobile standards and meet stated Network requirements. Extensive end-to-end testing in the lab and drive testing for mobile applications will assure enduring productivity for your device population.

Field Support
As you fine-tune and test your devices in the field, Aeris's Network Operations Center (NOC) staff provides direct support with device installations and ongoing service, including device troubleshooting and problem resolution. Aeris maintains over 600 test devices throughout North America to assess and resolve customer issues in real-time.
